How do I place an order?

Our ordering platform is very simple and straightforward. You can place an order online by starting with your main selection. We offer beautifully hand crafted and delivered floral arrangements in vase as well as giftwrap for more economical option. We also carry living plants as well as balloons and teddy bears. Once you’ve chosen the main item that you would like to send, you may proceed to checkout. We deliver flowers within the parameters of San Francisco for a flat fee of $10.  We have 3 different price options online for you to pick from. If you would like to upgrade your order to a larger amount than the one online you may put that in the comment section and we will call you to verify the order. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will also receive another email from us once the order has been hand delivered to the recipient. You may also call us directly at (415) 202-0572 to place an order over the phone.

Do you wire flowers or ship flowers outside of California?

Unfortunately, since we are a small family owned business, we only cater specifically to the parameters of San Francisco. If you would like to place an order for someone out of state we highly recommend that you search a local florist in that area and inquire with them. We truly support the ideas of relying on a local business because we believe that like us here at Ann’s flowers, other local florist will treasure your business and therefor provide you with the most excellent support possible.

What will my order look like?

Here at Ann’s Flowers we’re very meticulous about our flower selections. We will incorporate flowers that look artistic, compliments each other well, and last long. Our experienced floral designer will create unique arrangements for you to match the price range that you have chosen. By doing so, you will be provided with the freshest arrangement as well as the most unique bouquet possible. If there are any specific flowers that you would like to have in the arrangement you may add that to the comment section and if it is available we will be sure to add it to your arrangement. We want to eliminate the headache of deciding for you but if you know the specific flowers you like we’d love to oblige. You may also check out our previous arrangements section as well as look us up on Yelp or Facebook to see all the beautiful arrangement we’ve made in the past.

Do you only deliver to residence?

We deliver to any location within the parameters of San Francisco. We can deliver to businesses, hospitals, churches, offices, as well as homes.

Do you provide same day delivery?

We do provide same day delivery on orders online every day except Tuesdays. If you need a same day delivery on Tuesdays please call 415-202-0572 for availability. For any other day, a same day delivery must be entered online before 1:00 PM Pacific Time. Otherwise please call 415-202-0572 and ask for availability of delivery for that day.  For same day delivery, the orders are delivered in the order in which they are received. Upon your placement of the order, it will be processed and delivered in a timely manner. If you place an order before our cutoff time we will accept the order and deliver for you on the same day. Just keep in mind that we are closed at 6pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends so we do not deliver at 8pm or 9pm at night. If you missed our cutoff time for same day delivery you can set up your delivery for the following day.  If for any reason you need a late delivery just call us directly and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If you order before or after our store hours we will deliver it the next day or any specific date you request. *Weekend hours are subject to changes, as we might have to close early or all day to cater to events* Please call ahead on weekends. 

Can we set up a delivery for another date and time?

Yes. We also set up deliveries for a future date you need. For deliveries of another date, please provide us with a 3 hours window so we can deliver it within the time you need. If you need a very specific time please include that in the comment section, and we’ll call to confirm if that time is available.

How long does your flowers last?

Our flowers are hand picked daily and put together upon the confirmation of each order. We will deliver the arrangements to you in a vase with preservatives to help extend the lifetime of the arrangements. The arrangements that are delivered gift-wrapped will also be given a packet of preservatives upon delivery. If you change water daily and cut the stems it will help expand the life of your floral arrangements. 95% of the flowers we pick may last up to 2 weeks with proper care. While different types of flowers may have different life span, as long as you remove that specific flower from the arrangement upon their expiration it will help the other flowers in the arrangement live longer.

How does it work if I place an order for balloons.

Our ordering process works similar to ordering flowers. First you would pick the price range that you want to spend. Then you select the amount of latex and the amount of mylar balloons you’d like for that price range. Once you’ve made your selections you may proceed to check out.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final for same day deliveries. Orders placed for another day may be exchanged for store credits but no refunds, and customer must notify florist a day ahead for cancellation and to receive store credit.
